Two authorities, not one
Northamptonshire is served by two unitary authorities, and knowing which one you are dealing with saves a fortnight.

Our office is at Office 18, Corby Business Centre, Eismann Way, Corby, NN17 5ZB. The team works from Corby, which means enquiries are answered by people who know the county rather than by a national call centre in another part of the country.

North Northamptonshire
We cover Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Rushden, Desborough, Rothwell and Oundle, along with Thrapston, Raunds, Burton Latimer, Higham Ferrers, Irthlingborough and the villages between them.
Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough are our closest and most established areas. If you are in one of those, we can usually respond fastest.
West Northamptonshire
We cover Northampton and the surrounding area, and consider referrals from Daventry, Towcester and Brackley.
Distances are longer here, so tell us the pattern of support you need and we will be honest about whether we can deliver it reliably. A service we cannot staff consistently is worse than no service.
Just outside the county
We consider referrals from neighbouring authorities, including areas bordering Northamptonshire in Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Rutland.
