Office hours
The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Our support runs outside those hours, but the office itself does not. If you are an existing family or a placing authority and something is urgent outside these times, use the number given to you when support started.
Referrals and placements
If you are a social worker, commissioner, transitions worker or personal adviser, use the referral form and we will respond the same working day.
For anything urgent, ring. We will tell you within hours whether we can help, and we will tell you when we cannot rather than leaving you waiting on a maybe.
We can send our Statement of Purpose, placement criteria and insurance details on request.
Families and parents
You do not need a referral from anyone to talk to us about outreach or home support. Ring or send an enquiry and we will explain how it works and what the funding options are, including when the answer is that another service would suit you better.
If you would rather not talk on the phone first, say so in the form and we will email instead.

Where to find us
We are at Corby Business Centre on Eismann Way, in the Earlstrees area of Corby. There is parking on site.
If you are visiting for a meeting, ring ahead so somebody is expecting you. Our team is often out working with young people rather than at desks.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us. Complaints are how services improve, and we would rather hear it from you than read it in a review.
Ring or email and ask for the registered manager. We will acknowledge your complaint, explain how it will be looked into, and tell you what we have changed as a result.
If you are unhappy with our response, you can raise it with the placing local authority or with the relevant regulator.
